To register and use QUANTUM CAPITAL FX, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in your country.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users must create an account using accurate information.
You are responsible for:

Both parties agree to protect confidential information obtained through the platform relationship.
All QUANTUM CAPITAL FX:

Software
Designs
Content
Technology
Branding
remain the property of the Company.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
Users agree to first attempt resolution through QUANTUM CAPITAL FX customer support.
Where disputes cannot be resolved, they shall be handled according to applicable laws and dispute resolution procedures.
